But he is refining his "catchy border slogan." Experts agree that "Executive Action" to "Close the Border" by President Biden would be challenged in the courts, as it was under Trump and overturned. So when you hear critics say, "Biden just needs to take action." Remember, it would just be a waste of time. We need Congress to do its job! Here's why. Legally, Congress is in control of the Budget, "The Power of the Purse," Workers on the Border say they need staff to handle the flood of immigrants and to handle potential threats from Cartels. It's up to Congress. Period.
