BIO

Sharon is the co-founder of the LAS VEGAS SONGWRITERS’ ASSOCIATION.

Along with JOAN WALKER, Sharon started an association that is still a viable resource for songwriters, not just in LAS VEGAS, but all over the country.

During this time, she had the honor to be mentored by famous songwriter. BUDDY KAYE, where she learned the importance of songwriting as a craft and he helped her hone her skills as a writer. She studied with Buddy for two years.

Sharon is the owner of DANCING FIRES PUBLISHING, FIRE DANCE RECORDS and is a working member of the LAS VEGAS SONGWRITERS ASSOCIATION, THE TENNESSEE SONGWRITERS INTERNATIONAL, and THE COUNTRY MUSIC ASSOCIATION and is a published songwriter with BROADCAST MUSIC INC.

Sharon has written over three hundred songs, demoed over one hundred.

She has had several songs recorded by independent artist, including JIMMY C NEWMAN.

She is writing with writers from all over the country including NASHVILLE.

Her songs are being performed live, by artists and bands in such places as LAS VEGAS, PHOENIX, and NASHVILLE.

Sharon is living in Blairsville, Ga. and enjoys her writing more now than ever. Sharon is blessed with acknowledgement from her family friends and the music industry.

Sharon enjoys her proximity to NASHVILLE, and visits often.

New blessings and new friends, both in life and music, enter her world daily, and she considers every day an adventure .She is in love with country music and is grateful for the small part she has had over the years, the future looks bright.
