This video was made with the intention to demonstrate how you can use Gematria to support you, diversifying and affirming information you may receive through your meditations. A long-time teacher and practitioner of overtones, the multi-octave harmony tones I sang here, ranged in pitch over quarter tones from D to G sharp, (from 315 to 700Hz) affecting your body at least as much as crystal or Tibetan bowls- have a good feel!
