Tonight the guys put a bow on the Rangers 2019-20 campaign after the Blueshirts were swept out of the NHL Stanley Cup tournament by the Carolina Hurricanes.
What happened against the Canes? The guys give it their best shot and talk about what could have been, discuss the mistakes, letdowns and what positives this young team and coach, can take from the experience.
What about Hank? KD and Paulie discuss the different scenarios the organization and Henrik Lundqvist both have to look at, moving forward. Who else on the team stays or goes? Evaluating Coach Quinn and how he handles the disappointing end to a wild, up and down hockey season and how he may or may not be on the hot seat and for what particular reasons.
Who else stays or goes? JD and GM Gorton have lots of tough decisions to make. Could the Rangers end up with the 1st round draft pick Alexis Lafreniere? The guys touch on that possibility and how it would make an already bright future for this team, even brighter.
