Great show today!!!!
Kaitlin and Andy speak with the newly minted VP of Content & Product Development Ed DeRosa.
Kaitlin gets to the bottom of how he got the bug to be a horse racing guy from Cleveland. How he turned his love of journalism into a job at the Thoroughbred Times and why such a good publication didn't make it. Also, gets confused and said Beyers was introduced to the magazine. That was the Racing Times.
While discussing racing in the midwest, Andy asks if he could see from his side of the States the downfall of California racing. Scott Chaney may or may not have been discussed. We discuss the "black eye" and subsequent non-explanation/ apology of BC Friday. Bring up how Breeders' Cup should be moving around the country, Andy of course brings up Sam Houston Race Park.

Get into his new job at Horse Racing Nation and what that will look like in the future. Pretty fun and introducing stuff.

Of course, we finish off discussing the sudden/ everyone knew about Peter Miller and reading between the lines of why he may have "retired/stepped away."
How much fun was "Spaces" with Ed DeRosa and Cooter?

Finally, we announce that Swifty Farms located in Indiana have not one but two new stallions in Starspangled Pasttime (Tapizar; one of only three Tapizar sons standing at stud) and Sleepy Eyes Todd (Paddy O'Prado).
