For many pastors and leaders of smaller congregations, the time and effort spent with administrative work outweighs the reasons why we were called to ministry. Things like property maintenance, accounting & finance, personal security, IT, staff recruiting and development, legal issues, organizational resistance, and a whole lot more can get in the way of our pastoral care and leadership. The God's Business podcast features clergy, congregational leaders, and other subject matter experts who are thriving in their ministry and leadership roles.
