Coach Milkman has been the only person to ever serve as Head Coach for the Murray State Racers' Women's Golf team. She's had a lot of success in 3 decades of work and has had a lot of fun during the process. She joins the podcast to speak about how her love for coaching began, her strategies of mentoring players, and the keys for players themselves to succeed in college golf among other topics.
