Following a winter which has been marked by heavier-than-usual rainfall relative to the past few years, Lester Kiewit speaks to Councillor Roberto Quintas, City of Cape Town Mayoral Committee Member for Urban Mobility, to find out if there have been more potholes in the roads as a result, and whether preventive measures such as pre-winter drain clearing had led to fewer incidents of flooding.
