Historically, wherever there has been a revolution, there has been music. Songs and poetry have been used to engage people, unify them, maintain enthusiasm and “josh”. What is happening in India might not be a revolution yet, but it is certainly a movement that cannot be ignored- one that has spread across the nation as well as internationally. So it was no surprise when in recent times, one started to hear some creative songs and “shayari” with regards to the “resistance.” In this episode, I would like to bring to you some of the most interesting Music of The Revolution that has sprung from the anti-CAA protests.
