TEXT: Exodus 16:3-5 We must go through the wilderness of learning how to eat in a manner that is self-disciplined and sufficient for our bodies. Simply because we desire something that tastes good to us, does not mean it is good for us. We must trust that by changing our mentality about food, we can overcome the sin and stronghold of gluttony in our lives and move into the Promised Land of health, appreciation for food as God's provision for us, and long life as God sees fit.
