Based on his study of great theologians and philosophers dating back to Aristotle, eminent philosopher and physicist Rev. Dr. Robert Spitzer devised his Four Levels of Happiness, asserting that whichever level dominates our lives will dictate our actions and determine the depth and endurance of our happiness.
On episode #172, I spoke with Fr. Spitzer about this concept. Here are some key questions and topics from our discussion:

Conceptual Origins: What inspired the development of the Four Levels of Happiness? How were the specific levels and their characteristics determined?

Universal Relevance: In your research and experiences, do these levels of happiness resonate universally across different cultures and societies? How do you address variations in cultural definitions of happiness?

Scientific Intersection: How are scientific principles and discoveries integrated with philosophical and theological concepts in this framework of happiness?

And much more...

Join us for an enlightening discussion!
