Daniel Pink, author of Drive and To Sell is Human, called Jody and her partner Cali Ressler's book "one of the biggest ideas in talent in the last decade." Anne-Marie Slaughter, author of the article "Why Women Still Can't Have It All" for The Atlantic and former State Department official under Secretary Hilary Clinton said that Thompson and Ressler's work "is the answer to work-life balance. It's that simple."

The music in the podcast is John Pazdan's "The Long Goodbye," used under a Creative Commons attribution license.
