In his sermon, Pastor Kettler warns about false teachers trying to eclipse the true gospel of Jesus Christ, either by adding extra requirements to it or by diminishing Christ's role. He explains that Christians have died to living under worldly regulations and rules. Their lives are now hidden in Christ, raised with him and seated with him in heaven. Christians should set their minds on heavenly things, not earthly requirements. Chad encourages Christians to freely share the gospel with others, since their lives are now found completely in Christ. He wants believers to remember their identity in Christ and not submit again to worldly ways of relating to God.
