This week on the Grappling Rewind Maine and Emil talk about Third Coast Grappling Kumite 3, Fight to Win 145, and Preview GrappleFest 9.

In the news section of the show we talk about the location for ADCC 2021 being announced officially as Las Vegas and the dates for that event. We talk about the Miyao brother leaving Unity. We touch on some matchup announcements including Gordon Ryans next matchup, and some UFC discussion from this weeks Mike Perry Grappling action and Dustin vs Hooker.

In the recap section of the show we break down every match in the Third Coast Grappling Kumite 3 that delivered some great action from some top of the food chain grapplers. We recapped Roberto Jimenez stellar closed guard game and his great triangle set ups and finishes. Maine got excited about Pedro Marinho crazy tight guillotine over Johnny Tama, we talk about Vagner Rocha gameplan and how his fight IQ played into the event. We talk about some of the events superfight as well.

In the recap of Fight to Win 145 we talk about the last event that the promotion is running in Dallas after a slew of successful events in the city over the past 2 months. We talk about Xande Ribeiro return to competition after more than 2 years off and surgeries. We talk about his outstanding clean technique vs Gabriel Almeida who he was able to submit via armbar in his return. We recap Garry Tonon vs Osvaldo Queixinho Moizinho that saw the lion killer implementing some tricky passing and some outstanding entries into the leg locks finishing the match with a heel hook in his return and then saying he was wiling to take on Tye Ruotolo.

In the preview for Grapplefest 9 we talk about the main event between Ffion Davies and Tayane Porfirio at Open Weight a matchup that we had a very hard time picking. We also preview Jackson Sousa vs Dan Strauss, and Ashley Williams vs Kevin Corkhill in what is likely an under 70k title eliminator.

In the outro section Maine talks about his 4 hour kayak excursion down a local river.
