This week on the show Maine and Josh recap Fight to Win 118, and Sub Stars. After that we preview Fight to Win 119. the UAEJJF WJPT King of Mats Lightweights 6, Battle Grapple 5, Roll Models 10.
In the news section of the show Maine and Josh talk about Hypnotik news, including about how much Gordon Ryan was being was paid by the company. As well as Garry Tonon Vs Ryan Hall in MMA. and FloGrappling obsession with certain wrestling matches.
We kick off the recap section of the show with Fight to Win 118 headlined by Marcio Andre vs Kennedy Maciel, and Tomoyuki Hashimoto impressive F2W debut for the Bantamweight title. As well in the Co-Main Talita Alencar vs Amanda Monteiro.
After that we move in the recap of Sub Stars Nick Rodriguez Challenge talking about his finals match with Quentin Rosenzweig. We talk about the ADCC implication of the event and the progression of Nick as he ramps up the biggest no-gi event in the world. We also talk about the possibility of Nick facing Yuri in the near future as a wrestling trial to see how Yuri looks against a top BJJ wrestler.
After that we move into the preview section of the show talking about one of the hottest F2W card of the year in Philly Fight to Win 119 featuring a matchup that we've almost seen before on the ADCC stage between Vagner Rocha and JT Torres, plus ,Tim Spriggs vs Tex Johnson in a matchup that will be sure to be aggressive.
Then we preview WJPT and King of Mats the Lightweights 6 featuring Isaac Doederlein,
Nobuhiro Sawada Tomoyuki Hashimoto and well as a field of other UAEJJF grand slam champions. This event is sure to produce fireworks as always.
After that we take a look at the UK's battle Battle Grapple 5 this event features tons of UK talent and grapplers from across the pond.
