It’s Las Vegas Grand Prix week baby!! Briana and Nicole are probably the 2 F1 fans most excited for the Las Vegas Grand Prix (that aren’t being paid by F1 to do so)! F1 is returning to Las Vegas and Grid Walk is here with a LAS VEGAS EXTRAVAGANZA of an episode to get you ready for the race in Sin City!

F1 interest in the US is at a high, the US already has 2 F1 races, but F1 wants to capitalize on its growth by racing in the entertainment capital of the country: VEGAS! What era of F1 is this? The answer is now AND 40 years ago! Briana and Nicole talk about the Caesars Palace Grand Prix a.k.a. the parking lot race. Why did the original Las Vegas Grand Prix fail? What did F1 learn from the last time F1 raced in Vegas?

Formula 1 has made it clear that it is committed to the city of Las Vegas. Many are skeptical that the Las Vegas Grand Prix will be a success. What things would make the Las Vegas Grand Prix considered a success in the short and long term? In what ways does F1 make money from the Las Vegas Grand Prix?

It is not a secret that the Las Vegas Grand Prix did not sell out and many tickets are still available. Should people be freaking out that the inaugural F1 race on the Las Vegas Strip isn’t sold out? If the race does not sell out does that make it a failure for F1? Is the real issue with Las Vegas GP ticket sales the mispriced product, lack of on track competition, or both?

Briana and Nicole their personal rubrics of success for the Las Vegas Grand Prix! What items did Grid Walk listeners rank as most important to their Las Vegas GP opinion?

Netflix had its first live sporting event this week with the Netflix Cup, an F1 drivers and PGA golf tournament! It is awesome that Netflix would pick Formula 1 to be a part of such a big event. Where did the Netflix Cup hit the mark and where did it miss?

Nicole blindly ranks (almost all) the F1 merch drops for the Las Vegas Grand Prix! Which F1 team successfully channeled the energy of Las Vegas?

Formula One has their press machine running at full speed for the race this weekend. How successful has the coverage been at getting F1 into pop culture? Is it too little too late to create on track excitement through the press? How many people will get married in the chapel in the F1 paddock?

Alright, so Max Verstappen is probably going to win the race this weekend (again). To make the Vegas Grand Prix Weekend more exciting, Briana and Nicole decide to create F1 prop bets! Checkout Briana and Nicole’s full list of prop bets on the Grid Walk stories and then screenshot to share yours!

Briana and Nicole give you a preview of the Las Vegas Grand Prix! What sort of racing will fans get from the pig shaped circuit? Especially with the cold temperatures, what will be the correct Pirelli tire strategy? How problematic will the narrow exit of the pitlane be? Briana and Nicole also share their predictions for the Las Vegas Grand Prix!
