I hear it often. “I have couples call, and after our meeting, I give them a price, and I never hear from them again.
Why is this?
Is it price? Is it that they don’t like me? Is it what I said or did?
The answer is…Probably Not
Certain things are at the top of the list regarding what couples pay attention to during your first conversation and their first impression.

Reviews

Price
Price is last on the list.
Are you adjusting your services and offerings as you get more clients and learn what they seek in your area? If not, you're shooting yourself in the foot.
Here’s the word that people get stuck with. Businesses of all types get to the point where they want everything to stay the same…and unfortunately, it does. Their customers stay the same (no new customers), their income stays the same (no new income), and their wish comes true…until they go out of business.
THE WORD IS FLEXIBILITY
YOUR BUSINESSES ABILITY TO ADAPT TO NEW CIRCUMSTANCES.
YOU’VE GOT TO BE ABLE TO BEND WITHOUT BREAKING
The things I listed that couples pay attention to should evolve as your business evolves. You also need to have some flexibility with each customer. I’ve had students that wanted a set-it-and-forget-it services page and pricing…the problem was…their competition was willing to customize services per the client's requirements, and couples decided to go with them.
