In this episode Me and Tala talk about our beginning path. What led us here and how we started our financial education journey. This episode is for you. Yes you! The beginner! We all start at 0. Or negative whatever! lol But just like our journey we had to begin somewhere. Baby steps my friends.

our brief breakdown of our humble beginnings:

1. I finally listened to an audiobook that many people always told me about called Rich Dad Poor Dad. It opened my eyes to this new world. Yup!

2. I applied my knowledge from the book grabbed my wife and took her with me to start this journey. At the library on Saturdays.

3. Started learning about real estate which led learning about everything about CREDIT.

4. Started educating ourselves on everything credit and how to get ourselves out of debt.

5. Started our journey of $$$ SAVINGS to rebuild our credit and save for future investments

6. GOAL SETTING. Sounds corny but it is a must! Set our goals for that first year and have been rockin since!

Thank you all for listening please leave a comment rate and subscribe on iTunes or youtube at Growin' Samoan. See ya on the next episode!
