After being guilty of searching for time management tips online and have experimented with multiple techniques, Pavi realized that one needs to manage their energy snd not their time. While the different time management techniques like Calendar planning, Pomodoro technique all seemed to work well for a short period of time, they weren’t sustainable. They don’t work the same way everyday because every day, your energy levels are different.

In this episode, Pavi talks about how to tap into your mental energy to maximize productivity. Pavi shares some tips and tricks that can help you become more efficient and talks about healthy habits one could incorporate in their daily routine to honor their mental energy.
