In today's episode, we talk about the effects of indoctrination and implicit bias. We all are in one way or another indoctrinated in a train of thought that we don't want to give any grounds on. In many ways, this is fine. More often than not, it gets in the way of having real genuine conversations that can propel us forward. We have a discussion about this and some possible solutions that we could implement to help us overcome this.
