After a brillant opening at the 40th Chicago Latino Film Festival, two sold out shows and winning the Audience Choice award for the film "Wingwalker", Max Arciniega, the Film's Executive Producer, Co-Screenplay writer and actor, will be presenting another exclusive showing of the film at the Instituto Cervantes on May 28th - 7pm. This is an encore presentation for all of those that did not get to see the film during the 40th CLFF.
Madeline Nesbitt talks to Max Arciniega about his role in the film, the process of the long production and how the topic of immigration is one of the central themes or the film.
Mexican Actor, singer, producer, Omar Chaparro delivers a tour-de-force interpretation of a man deported to mexico soon before his 9 year old daughter is to receive a live saving operation. The story delves into the humanity and the adversity of a near impossible situation and takes viewers on stark view of the realities surrounding immigration, parenting and the spiritual voyage that is sometimes part of life.
