Afghanistan, China, Thailand, Nepal, Somalia are just a few of the countries that the migrant and refugee students studying English at Hagley Community College come from. They share their culture and new lives in New Zealand with you. They're a great bunch of young people and some have been through some tremendous struggles before getting to New Zealand. Now they're here, they're making the most of their new lives and the Hagley College staff and teachers are just a few of the people helping them to adjust to a new life here in Canterbury.
