I want to help you think about goals in a different way that doesn't involve making outlandish goals without a roadmap to get you where you want to be. I am not a physician, personal trainer, or dietitian, so don't take this as professional advice of any kind. Do not go out there and train and do silly things and get injured, be smart and listen to your body but push yourself. The brain is a powerful tool that we can use to do incredible things.
