You’re panicked and questioning your very existence, but is it*actually* an existential crisis?

That’s what we’re here to discuss today. If we haven’t claimed it ourselves, we’ve probably heard someone else in our lives claim they’ve been going through an existential crisis. Lots of people use it as an excuse to act like a complete jerk or neglect social norms such as fulfilling their end of a deal, but at the same time there’s definitely something to it if evidenced only by the fact that we can all fairly easily identify a “mid-life crisis”. With that, we’re exploring the criteria required to constitute existential crises, ways to either pull yourself out of that despair (philosophically, of course) or perhaps even to revel in it.
