In this episode, Jackson and Mike touch on a number of topics to get ready for the beginning of the college basketball season next week. They begin by discussing a few news items, lamenting the injuries of Jontay Porter and Killian Tillie and their potential impacts on each player's draft stock before breaking down the news about the G League's new initiative to try to lure young prospects to play professionally there. Then they answer a couple mailbag questions from last week pertaining to international prospects, particularly breaking down some of the early-season play from Sekou Doumbouya. After that, they move into a stock up/stock down segment where they chat about some players they have moved up or down since discussing them on their respective preview podcast. To finish off, they preview the Champion's Classic and the rest of college basketball's opening week by identifying games and matchups to watch for.
