Change management sometimes includes training, sometimes not, depending on the company or function or project. In general, if change management isn't "in charge" of training, it at least needs to be aware of and liaising well with the people leading training. This goes along with:

  • ADKAR's Ability area
  • Kotter's Enable Action by Removing Barriers area
  • Lander's Organizational Learning area
  • Lewin's Change phase
