That's just a fancy term for making sure you get a good night's sleep. 😴 Having an evening ritual is the solution to ensuring you have good "sleep hygiene" so that your brain and body can get the rest and repair they need to function optimally. If you don't get enough sleep, you will be impaired. In fact, driving drowsy has been show to be as dangerous as driving drunk!
