Harness is back! Welcome to isolation... we are exploring how people are harnessing this unique time of COVID-19 and whether (or not) they are coping.

For today's episode: we chat news (sort of), hear from our lovely listeners (including Daisy's mum!) and discuss isolation with junior doctor Radhika (AKA @veggierad on Instagram). It was such a treat to chat to Radhika, she gave us a comforting perspective on how hospitals in the UK are coping right now. She explains to us how she sees work as part of her self care and how it was to have coronavirus herself! We think Radhika's insight is invaluable at the moment and we suggest following her on Instagram to keep up to date.

If you want to get in touch, please email us at projectharness@gmail.com, feel free to send over a voice note with how you are passing the time (a template for this is available on our Instagram if you are stuck).
