Steve Bailey is a theater artist, teacher, and arts administrator. He was the co-founder and producing director of Jump-Start Performance Co. in San Antonio, TX and has worked internationally with production companies from Peru to Slovakia. We got to talk to him on one of his last days as the Director of Operations for the National Performance Network.
