Mike Asscher is the President of Royal Asscher, a 6th generation Asscher family member, and a committee member of the Young Diamantiers Charity.
Mike goes by the moniker 'Mr. Diamond'. He's a certified Gemologist from the prestigious American Gemmological Institute in Carlsbad, California, and has an encyclopedic knowledge of precious and rare rocks, with a particular affinity for fancy colored diamonds. Alongside his father, Mike created the patented Royal Asscher Round Brilliant, Oval, and Cushion Cuts - ushering the classic shapes into fresh 21st-century expressions of diamond beauty.
