Host Amelia Phillips speaks with Domonique Bertolucci, best-selling author of The Happiness Code and seven other books about happiness on how to find your motivation using the intention method. They discuss purposeful clarity, a new version of goal setting that doesn't set you up for failure, and value techniques to find your true north.

How to determine your values

Domonique has kindly shared a chapter in her book 'Your Best Life' on determining your values. Go through the exercise and you'll end up with 5-7 values key to you. I like to go through it twice, once for 'work/community values' and one for 'personal values'. Access the chapter here
