In this episode, Jess King shares personal insights about the role self-belief plays in enabling us to live our best (most fulfilled and happy successful) life. When we believe in ourselves, we’re far more able to be who we truly are, our most authentic version. During the evolving Covid-19 era in which we are living, we have had the challenge and opportunity to be less in nonstop action and more in stillness, intention and reflection. Through increasing our consciousness/awareness we allow ourselves to expand and grow rather than escape and avoid our issues. It’s an ideal time to prioritize our personal healing in order to thrive, heal and evolve into our next level (a more authentic version). The more truthful we become about who we are and the more we practice healing modalities (like practicing meditation for instance, and doing other activities that put us in a flow state; Jess highly recommends Audrey Wong, who is a gifted coach and has a podcast as well as personal sessions). As the current paradigm is shifting, we have an opportunity to evolve and heal into the powerful leaders each of us truly is ~ by being our true selves.
