Today (09/11) we had a conversation with David Bobay the bass/baritone Principal Teaching Artist at Heartland Sings and a lover of nature and several art forms.
"David Bobay is a multifaceted artist who performs and teaches at Heartland Sings in Fort Wayne, IN. He is a graduate of Ball State University (‘14). His recent performance roles have taken him into opera leads (The Three Hermits), punk rock musical theatre (American Idiot), jazz cabaret (weekly performances at The Bradley Hotel restaurants), a touring cover band (Heartland Sings annual mobile ART-V season), and many other musical niches. David is also a sought after vocal teacher to students of all ages and ability levels. He brings a unique storytelling to his vocal delivery and his popular stylings are truly one of a kind.
