Summer has arrived! And Heavenly Pennies has an announcement... We're going on a brief summer break. The book, website, and 300 hour yoga teacher training demand more of my attention!
Good news though- this episode unveils symbolism of the number 108, the wonders of summer solstice, rituals, and what's to come when we return.
Plus a BONUS TREAT is in store for you at the end of the episode. I guide you though a meditation for the solar plexus with distant reiki, where you release a special mantra (sound or specific word) or affirmation/intention (phrase or powerful statement) out into the Universe.
