We sit down with Gina Bellous who is courageously restoring an old San Pedro Victorian home to its former glory. You may know her project by its instagram name @Victorianbythebay . She tells us a little about how she acquired the house and the many challenges she’s faced along the way. Gina is also part of the San Pedro Bay Historical Society which goes hand in hand with her passion project. We love what she’s doing and appreciate anyone who invests their own time, money and sweat into restoring and preserving our local history.
