You can also sign up to the #Brake5 challenge on that page too.

Follow Brake at @brakecharity on twitter, Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn.

Lucy (she/they) is also one of the co-founders of Proud Changemakers - a group which celebrates and elevates LGBTQIA+ folks across the voluntary sector and makes noise about issues affecting the LGBTQIA+ community today.

We are still @HelpSheffield on Twitter and our website (which is not working as of 15 Nov 2023 but will be soon - hopefully.) is available via www.helpmycity.co.uk

If you would like to be part of our podcast or write a blog post please contact us there or via helpmycityelves@gmail.com

We also run @SheffSocials on Twitter and Instagram. We organise a monthly, usually pub based, no agenda meetup. Our next one is on Thursday the 30th of November from 6.30pm (We stay until everyone leaves usually) at Mesters Tap, Woodseats, S8. It is free but so we know numbers it would be great if you could sign up here >
