Recently we hosted Camp NAWIC, the National Association of Women In Construction, at our new Adult Education Center at Regency which is for girls entering 7th - 9th grades to introduce them to a potential career in the construction industry. After that, we sat down with representatives of NAWIC, Naomi Hines and Carrie Hunt, to talk about their event and how NAWIC works to encourage women to enter the construction field.
