BBC PM presenter Eddie Mair asks Radio 4's More or Less Ruth Alexander if the Conservatives 'Right to Buy' manifesto announcement adds up. As many people have said, there will actually be very few who might take up the offer. More electioneering, less practical policy and certainly unlikely to do much to end the housing crisis. Blissfully free of comment from me on this occasion.
