Today marks the start of International Development Week,
This is a reminder that all of us have the power to help build a more just, equal, inclusive, and prosperous world. It is a time to celebrate those working every day to improve the lives of millions of people around the world especially the poorest and most vulnerable people in the developing world, particularly for women and girls, and in advancing human rights.
We celebrate the many people who work every day to create a more peaceful, just, and sustainable world.
