Hey everybody! Welcome to the third episode of my new show Here Is The Problem. Soon there will be intro music for this show with a pre-recording intro which I hope will be the heart and soul of the show. Tonight's topics are: 1. Trump's "shithole country" remark has angered a lot of people in the media. It's also given the Right a chance to defend him regarding the comment. Even Tomi Lahren defends him, and that's unfathomable and untenable. Trump bragged about the "shithole country" remark to his friends. Yet Vox brands him "a racist" over it. Who would've thunk it? 2. Former failed Chelsea Manning, the trans woman who was previously Brad Manning (a male) upon her arrest for disclosing secret military documents to WikiLeaks, is running for Congress. As a Democrat she could be totally anti-war and anti-establishment, yet I think of her as anti-Iraq more than anti-war and pro-war establishment than anti-war establishment may have a chance to win. Does she stand a chance to pull that off or is this wishful thinking on her part? We'll find out soon enough. 3. Matt Damon silencing his apologies. Matt Damon decides *NOT* to apologize for his comments by promising to "close [his] mouth for a while" after he made some comments in regards to the #MeToo movement. In December, Damon told ABC News' Peter Travers: ""There's a difference between, you know, patting someone on the butt and rape or child molestation, right? he said. "Both of those behaviors need to be confronted and eradicated without question, but they shouldn't be conflated, right?" Damon told Kathie Lee on the Today Show, ""A lot of those women are my dear friends and I love them and respect them and support what they're doing and want to be a part of that change and want to go along for the ride, but I should get in the back seat and close my mouth for a while." {Just so you know, caller Donaldson called into the unmuted air and wanted to talk about bullshit that sounded like gibberish to me. He states that the law says you "don't have an expectation of privacy when you're filming in public," which was not the subject I wanted to talk about. Plus he's going on about states like California and Illinois having laws that state you "have the right to resist arrest." I fuck with the dude, and then I got tired of him too. I muted him because he wouldn't shut the fuck up.] It shows that the #MeToo movement went after him and silenced him, thus infringing upon his right to free speech. He has a right to express his view whether you agree with it or not, and yet the #MeToo movement is dispatching its cultists and hold inquisitions against people who don't agree with them....or at least not entirely.
