Too often, black health is ignored or marginalized, but it is essential that we focus on this topic not only during BHM but all year long. Health is wealth, and when we invest in our own health, we are investing in the future of our community.

It is no secret that some diseases affect black women more than the majority — heart disease, stroke, diabetes, fibroids, breast or cervical cancer, as well as mental health issues.

Today, we're opening up the conversation with our guest Ebony Langston, Vice President Healthcare Sales Executive TTEC Healthcare Solutions | Health & Wellness Enthusiast | Certified Executive & Health Coach | DEI&B diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging Advocate, and founder, You Deserve You, where she provides wellness & executive coaching services to emerging and executive women leaders.

To address what it means to be healthy, how we might reach optimal health in all areas of our lives - physical, spiritual, and mental well-being.

We hope that you’ll join us for this episode NOW! And don't forget to subscribe :)
