The Supreme Court handed down a unanimous decision on Monday, March 4, ruling that the state of Colorado did not have the authority to remove Donald Trump from the presidential ballot. This decision is a win for representative democracy, the Constitution, and voters across the country. Heritage Senior Legal Fellow Hans von Spakovsky explains.
