Hij verzette zich tegen het in zijn ogen perfide strafrechtelijk systeem in Nederland, dat hij ooit in een interview “stiefkindje van de Inquisitie” noemde. In de gevangenis leren jonge misdadadigers van het vak van oudgedienden en zo lokt het strafsysteem meer criminaliteit uit. Hij pleitte voor het recht van gerechtigheid, een “voorwereldlijk” standpunt, aldus sceptici. Bianchi was ook niet onverdienstelijk als schrijver en dichter.
