Today I am joined by the Queen of Ballet, Miss Tara Foy herself. Tara has had an incredibly diverse, extensive and inspiring career. She has worked with The Royal Ballet, Dublin City Ballet, Nevada Ballet Theater, Cirque du Soleil, Siegfried & Roy, Donny Osmond, David Bowie, Paula Abdul, The Backstreet Boys, she has performed at the London's West End as well as on the Las Vegas Strip at the legendary Stardust.
Tara is also a Master Teacher, Choreographer, and Director. She is certified in the Polestar Method of Pilates, Gyrotonics, Floor Barre and has spent much time working with dancers and professional athletes on rehab an physical therapy. She has traveled the globe sharing her love, passion and knowledge for dance and has touched so many lives along the way. I am so grateful to have her on the Hey Gurl show today.
