To celebrate Halloween 1992, the BBC aired a documentary that on immediate viewing seemed real.
An average British family was being haunted by a violent spirit named Pipes. The BBC wanted to investigate, sending in a crack team of children's television presenters.
What would follow the airing of BBC's Ghostwatch would end in women going into labour, several children with PTSD and a man with soiled trousers. It would also end with one man taking his own life.
