I august 1942 gennemførte canadiske styrker et katastrofalt raid på havnebyen Dieppe, hvor praktisk talt hele styrken blev dræbt, såret eller tilfangetaget. 6. juni 1944 fik de chancen for revanche på landgangsstranden Juno i Normandiet. Hør historien her.
