Welcome to another episode of Hitting the Streets Podcast. Today on the show I have Kolton Hall. We are discussing men's mental health and overall mental health.

Kolton Hall takes on the role of an advocate, supporter, and non-judgmental listener. He works with individuals who aspire to seek growth, change, and well-being in their lives. Kolton focuses on supporting those who seek healing from difficult traumas, hurtful loss, heartache, and any incongruencies that they perceive as damaging their lives. This support extends to people of all ages, sexual or gender minorities, and individuals from any culture or race. Clients need a safe place to share their unique experiences, and it is Kolton's goal to provide that. When people feel safe, unbiasedly heard, and embrace healthy vulnerability, true self-growth occurs.

You can check out his article on Psychology Today.
