It's a really big show. First, Sacred Heart is Team of the Week, a program that continues to raise its profile since opening its new arena last year. Plus we talk some big topics with its coach C.J. Marottolo, such as 3-on-3 OT, the Major Junior eligibility issue, and Regional format. The latter topic has been raging lately, both in this podcast, on College Hockey News, and throughout the college hockey world. The leading proponent of moving Regionals to campus sites is Denver coach David Carle, and we talk to him at length about the issue, and, perhaps more importantly, why it's a topic that needs to be talked about. We get into a lot with him, plus how his team is faring right now as it heads towards the postseason. You won't want to miss it. 0:00 Intro 5:23 C.J. Marottolo, Sacred Heart coach 24:07 Setup to NCAA format discussion, history 36:04 David Carle, Denver coach Please send feedback or questions to our Twitter feed @CHNsiders. And check out all of the articles referenced in today's show, plus stats, standings, live scoreboard and much more at College Hockey News: https://www.collegehockeynews.com ...
