We all have that colleague, friend, manager, or an employee who doesn't respond to an email or a text, and if they do, it's DAYS later and never really fully addressing the subject at hand. In this episode, we talk about Silent Toxicity, the toxicity that comes when we reach out only to be ignored. The toxicity we create when we see something that we know isn't right. Still, we don't say anything, or the toxicity we ignore when we find ourselves unwilling or "too busy" to reach out to people and connect somewhere other than social media.
