In this episode from early May, we spoke with then-Senator, now recently named Lieutenant Governor Brian Benjamin about what he's doing to put an end to bad policing in New York City.

The George Floyd Justice In Policing Act is toothless and wouldn’t have saved Mr. Floyd’s life. But there is another bill being presented in New York that could keep bad actor police officers from killing civilians. And today, Eboni and Dustin speak with Senator Brian Benjamin who is sponsoring the Wandering Officers Act. Ahead of that conversation Eboni and Dustin dig into the reinstatement of the cop who shot and killed Rayshard Brooks; all the important reasons fired cops should not be allowed to jurisdiction-hop; and the ins and outs of defamation, slander, and libel brought to you by the messiness of Tristan Thompson, Khloe Kardashian and IG model, Sydney Chase. Let’s hold court!

Learn more about the Wandering Officers Act and sign the petition to urge Governor Cuomo to sign it into law!
